Raised in his parent’s local diner in Louisiana, Randy can still recall the details of colors, textures and, smells. “It was neither pure nor simple, it was complex and exciting” he says, “ I could re-create the entire scene in a heartbeat!” As an art director, painter and prop stylist, Randy is able to re-create a specific environment and tell a story visually. He can take a simple object and transform it into something special. “I like to think that everything has a past. I imagine what things were and what they become.” When Randy is not painting at his home in Santa Fe, he is on the road with his dog, Chloe, exploring the backroads.
